Our products are eligible for an exchange if they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original size and length (no customizations).
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached.
• Exchanges are available for 10 days, depending on the stock we have for the requested size, color, or style. If your desired item is available, we will proceed with the exchange.
• To initiate an exchange, create a request here. Alternatively, you can contact us at helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com with your order details and the preferred size or item.
• If the exchange item is unavailable, you may need to place a new order.
• The exchange package must include the order number. If we are unable to identify the parcel, we cannot process the exchange. If you do not know the order number, please contact us.
• The item must be exchanged within 10 days from the delivery date. Items sent after this period are not eligible for exchange.
