ORDERING AND PAYMENT

We ship all orders within 7-10 working days. For above timelines to be applicable orders have to be received by 3 p.m., incase an order is received after that the dispatch will happen on the next working day.   

Please be aware that these timelines are estimates and unforeseen situations might cause delays. Incase of distant delivery locations, order delivery may take more time. 

For your convenience, each product description contains detailed information about the garment and its different fits and sizes. Unfortunately, we cannot add an item to an existing order. A new order should be placed for an additional item. Combined shipping is possible at your request, so be sure to inform us about that after you place another order.

If items are missing from your order, please reach out to us at helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unpacking video. We will investigate the issue and resolve it within 7-10 working days.​

If your payment was deducted from your account but your order wasn’t processed, please reach out to our customer support team on helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com with the details of the transaction, including the transaction ID and the payment method used.

RTO stands for Return to Origin. This happens when the delivery partners make three failed delivery attempts due to reasons such as being unable to contact you, locating your address, or incorrect contact details. To avoid RTO, please respond to delivery partner calls and messages promptly. If your order has been marked as RTO incorrectly, contact us by emailing to helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com.


According to company policy, you cannot open the package before accepting delivery. If you have any concerns, please accept the package and contact us within 24 hours post-delivery with unpacking footage by emailing to helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com.​

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check for any delivery notifications, see if neighbors or security collected it, and contact us by emailing to helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com within 24 hours of delivery if you still can't locate your item.

If your order is not delivered within 10 working days, please write to us at helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com. We will do our best to expedite the delivery.​

SHIPPING

Shipping charges would be charged basis the delivery location's pin code.

Unfortunately, we do not offer worldwide shipping at this time. Our shipping services are currently limited to India.

Your order will be dispatched within 4 working days.

Yes, you surely can. A tracking number is given to each package we dispatch so the travel of the package can be monitored. The tracking number is sent to your email or phone number when the order is fulfilled and dispatched from our studio.

Items from multiple orders will be combined into the same package. If you’d like your orders to be shipped separately, please email us in advance.

Yes, our courier partner will send a text message once your order is out for delivery.

REFUND

We offer a 10-day refund policy for items purchased from our website. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

1. To initiate a refund, create a request here. Alternatively, you can also contact us at helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com with your order details.

2. Provide a reason for the refund and include any relevant photos (if applicable).

3. Our team will assess your request and will initiate the refund if it is under our guidelines.

To be eligible for a refund:

1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. All tags and labels must be intact.

3. The refund request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase. The refund process may take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If you are returning a product for reasons other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You will be required to pay the shipping fee directly to the delivery person at the time of package collection.
