RETURN/EXCHANGE

Our products are eligible for a return/exchange or refund if they meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in its original size and length (no customizations).
• The item must be unwashed, undamaged and still have the original tags attached.
• To initiate a return/exchange or refund, create a request here. Alternatively, you can also contact us at helloburgoyne@bairdlinen.com with your order details.
• The return/exchange package must include the order number. If we are unable to identify the parcel, we cannot make a return or exchange. If you do not know the order number, feel free to contact us.
• Exchange window is available within a period of 10 days of delivery, depending on the availability of stock we have for the requested size, colour or style. If your desired item is available, we will proceed with the exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, please choose from the available size, colour, or style.
• Refund would be issued to your original payment method in 7 to 10 working days.
